All QR codes generated using QR Code Gen Studio are 100% free for both personal and commercial use. You have full ownership and rights over the exported SVG, PNG, and PDF files. You are free to:
- Print QR codes on retail product packaging, books, food labels, and apparel.
- Include QR codes in commercial advertising campaigns, direct mailers, and billboards.
- Use generated table tents, menus, and counter displays in restaurants and hotels.
- Publish QR codes on corporate marketing collateral, business cards, and websites.
There are no recurring licensing fees, watermark requirements, or mandatory backlink obligations.
2. Prohibited Uses
While our tools are open and unrestricted, you agree not to use QR Code Gen Studio to generate barcodes for:
- Phishing, malware distribution, deceptive software downloads, or fraudulent social engineering.
- Impersonation of financial institutions, government agencies, or emergency services.
- Harassment, illicit activities, or violation of applicable international laws.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Pre-Print Testing
QR Code Gen Studio utilizes mature, standards-compliant ISO/IEC 18004 algorithms and Reed-Solomon Error Correction. However, real-world scanning depends on physical print quality, surface reflectivity, ambient lighting, and camera hardware.
Pre-Print Recommendation: We strongly advise testing all generated QR codes using multiple physical mobile devices before ordering large commercial print runs (e.g. 5,000+ copies).
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or enhance the web application at any time. Because generated static QR codes exist independently of our servers, modifications to our website will never affect previously downloaded static codes.
